Cast stainless steel hubs are produced off-site by our manufacturing partner to our proprietary tooling specifications and held on the factory floor as ready inventory rather than run as a live production station. Cut tube ends are deburred, inspected against the BOM for each structure, and matched with their cast hub components. Each panel is a composite assembly: a precision-cut stainless steel skin, a phenolic foam insulation core, and an MgO board interior face, bonded together and edge-finished with a formed stainless L-profile rim. The laser cuts the precise triangular, pentagonal, or rectangular panel skin geometry for each structure type from our DXF files — clean edges, no tool wear, ready to form. MgO board (magnesium oxysulfate grade) and phenolic foam insulation sheets are cut to panel geometry on our waterjet machine. The waterjet table is 2.4 m wide × 4 m long — large enough to nest multiple panel shapes per cut cycle and handle full sheet stock efficiently. The outer structural rim of each panel is formed from 304 stainless steel L-profile (angle section). The CC6012Y-1500W tube and profile laser cutter — already used for round and square tube — handles the L-profile cuts, including the angled miters at each panel corner. The laser-cut SS skin, phenolic foam core, MgO board face, and L-profile rim frame are brought together for final panel assembly. The 6-axis robot arm laser welds the stainless rim frame joints and skin attachment points — its multi-axis reach handles the angled corner joints of triangular and pentagonal panels that fixed tooling cannot. Completed panels receive their final surface in-house through specialty veneering. In place of paint, we bond architectural veneer surfaces to the panel face — natural stone laminate, timber, brushed and mirror stainless, and custom textured finishes — for a premium, project-specific appearance. The Level 0 floor consolidates all panel production, frame fabrication, and finishing under one roof. The floor is configured for single-direction material flow: raw stock enters at one end, and finished, crated kits exit at the dispatch bay. The existing below-grade parking level (shown first) is converted into the production floor (shown below). The retained structural column grid and central core carry through both layouts.
